For Christmas, Mariah Carey publishes a book for kids.

Mariah Carey, a well-known American singer, is taking steps to solidify her renown as the Queen of Christmas.

The artist has begun the holiday season off well by publishing the children’s book “Christmas Princess,” which is centered around the season.

The pop icon discussed the book, released on November 1, in an interview with Jimmy Fallon of Tonight’s Show on Friday.

The narrative, which Michaela Angela Davis co-wrote, centers on Little Mariah, a 12-year-old girl who sets out on a quest to “find the healing power of her voice” and “transmit the Christmas spirit around the world and at home.”

Carey also announced that on December 11th at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada, she would do a concert with a Christmas theme.

On December 13, the vocalist of All I Want for Christmas is You will give another performance at Madison Square Garden in New York.

Darlene Love and Elizabeth Chan, two other singers well-known for their popular holiday albums, vehemently opposed Mariah Carey’s bid to trademark the term “Queen” back in August.

In August, Chan, well-known for creating Christmas-themed music, filed a response opposing the trademark application.
